Our Customer Service is your primary information source if you have questions regarding normal train rides or to book reservations for groups in our scheduled trains. Customer Service is performed by the Tourist Information at the town of Bruchhausen-Vilsen together with the DEV station office.
For individual cases (booking of train charters, gift cards for train rides) please turn to the DEV station office.

The museum shop at Bruchhausen-Vilsen station offers all kind of railroad literature, model railroads and gifts. Open only on operation days of the museum railroad. The Shop will be opened one hour before departure of the first train.
